Sažetak
The presented study determined that the quality management system is one of the most important components of the overall enterprise management system. It must ensure the stability of the quality of products or services, as well as contribute to increasing consumer satisfaction. Modern management specialists consider this concept in four aspects, which reflect the evolution of the concept of quality with the development of not only production technologies, but also management science. It has been established – thanks to the improvement of the quality of management and products, there is a constant improvement of the system and processes in the organization. It has been proven, that the quality management system must be maintained in working condition and if necessary, it must be continuously improved in accordance with today’s challenges and consumer requirements.
