Sažetak
Optimization of desialylation process of human serum transferrin was performed for 2 different commercially available sialidase enzymes. To confirm the extent of desialylation, the collected protein samples were analyzed by fast protein liquid chromatography. Increasing the protein mass per single cycle together with a drastic increase in reaction time gave the best results.
