Sažetak
This paper presents a proposal of an algorithm for establishing the optimal switching state of the network before the start of the system restoration process. The objective function of the optimization process is the maximization of the integrated load in individual hubs of the transmission network. Proposed optimization method is based on artificial intelligence – neural network trained by offline restoration simulations.
