Sažetak
According to UNESCO, Inclusion is a broad concept that refers to every individual, while in number of schools this term is often used only in the context of Inclusion of children with disabilities. This talk promotes equal participation in school and social life for every individual, regardless of their heritage, culture, needs or abilities. It addresses the importance of empowerment of the students by promoting equal participation in school and social life for every human being, regardless of their heritage, culture, needs or abilities, to establish mutual understanding. It is focused on teaching Diversity Competence by delivering pedagogical concepts and interactive workshops.
