Sažetak
Since public institutions, including Universities, have been obliged to use a central electronic identity system, two more infrastructure components arose as crucial to being implemented. Client Application Interface to central government portal where the content is integrated under the common visual and editorial standards, and a Personal User Box System to enable personalization of the access to the electronic services. With those two infrastructural pillars, we integrated the Campus Card Solution as one of the public services for the students that are fully interoperable part of the e-citizen project aiming for students’ interoperability between the university campuses enabling academic mobility within Europe, while obtaining national specifics. This paper aims to develop and propose a standard for a secure and interoperable campus card system that will overcome the current barriers to the expansion of the market and support academic mobility within Europe. The identification card enables a more efficient electronic exchange of data amongst universities. act as a student’s “electronic key” and enables access to a student’s records on secure databases.
