Sažetak
In recent years, research has focused on the synthesis of new analogs of vitamins B6 and B3 that can be used in human medicine. Overview of the synthesis of pyridoxal oxime, isonicotinamide and nicotinamide derivatives. Quaternary salts, oximes and dioximes are synthesized by conventional synthesis methods, but also by modern methods that include microwave synthesis, ultrasonic synthesis and synthesis in deep eutectic solvents. Modern methods shorten the reaction time, in most cases they have higher reaction yields. The previous syntheses opened the way for new modifications and functionalization of pyridine derivatives, and future research is focused on the synthesis of quaternary salts of hydrazone derivatives and N- acylhydrazone derivatives of vitamin B with potential biological activity
