Sažetak
The definition of multimorbidity is given by the World Health Organization (WHO) and European general practitioner research network (EGPRN) and it states that multimorbidity refers to the presence of two or more long-term health conditions modified by different and complex psychosocial and risk factors. Problems emerge from biopsychosocial risk factors, social network, disease burden, medication number, and lacking clear national guidelines which are desperately needed.
