Sažetak
The objective of this work is to explain the statistical based modelling concept and evidence acquired and accomplished during the Cognitive Evaluation of the Internet function in the development process of new educational model for the important financial services. These kinds of the financial services are significant parts of the Web Based teaching systems for the various governmental projects of the Republic of Croatia. Application of this solution increases the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of the operational and strategic financial market investigative operations that are necessary during the educational processes about specific financial knowledge (especially for the case of anti-money laundering business). The assessment and evaluation of "students' participation", acquisition of knowledge, habits and skills by means of the established internet school is not a simple process and it does not consist only of the check of knowledge after respective teaching units or at the end of teaching materials. It is a process that includes the evaluation of students' initial motivation and total activity within the Web school. Distance learning with the Internet (the so called e-Learning) is developing simultaneously with the development of the Internet itself. By evaluating students' initial motivation and total preparation for a new kind of work we can also evaluate some important aspects of cognitive and emotive interest for the distance based financial education, as a way for movement from the e-Learning to (mobile) m-Learning. New possibilities of the Internet services, the development of user interfaces, increase of speed of data transfer, etc. will allow rethinking and experimenting with various methods with a single aim: how to evaluate "students' work" in the best and most appropriate way for modern educational purposes.
