Sažetak
Clinicians need to think about rare causes of chest pain when all the major conditions causing such pain have been excluded. Advanced imaging modalities (cardiac CT and MRI) are important imaging modalities, essential in establishing a diagnosis and evaluation of pericardial agenesis, which is an anomaly every radiologist should be acquainted with because of its subtle yet specific radiologic signs.
