Sažetak
This paper analyses status of vulnerable person on Internet. Due to advance of new technologies, people become vulnerable because of not knowing how to manage new technologies and protect themselves. Paper analyses who is child due to International Conventions and focuses on legal framework of those Conventions, EU documents and measures that Croatia apply in blocking of illegal content and effect of Criminal Code on perpetrator if victims are children.
