Sažetak
Microcystic adnexal carcinoma (MAC) is a rare malignant sweat gland tumor that has a predilection for the central face. There are approximately 250 cases worldwide and there are no consensus management guidelines because of the lack of evidence-based practice. In this case report we present a 52 year old female with MAC treated with surgical resection and local flap reconstruction.
