Sažetak
This research facility is the Malcolm Baldrige method ; with the help of its criteria, business quality was tested. Statistical data elaboration, analysis and conclusions will be extracted with the six Sigma methodologies. This research is focused on a sample of 255 Croatian companies. Paper presents the advantages of 6 Sigma concepts, Which puts the consumer/buyer in front using the received data with better results and goal achievement. This paper has three main characteristics: a problem to be solved, a process - in which the problem exists, and one or more measures that quantity the gap to be closed and can be used to monitor progress. The conducted research will enable concrete proposals for Croatian hotel business process advancement. In addition, this paper generates a baseline for all future researches of different constructions and quality advancement of hotel services in Croatia.
