Sažetak
Empirical research, presented in this paper, included several research topics: 1. to what extent is the concept of socially responsible business applied in large Croatian enterprises, 2. which departments are required to implement the concept of socially responsible business ; 3. what is the role of the public relations department in the promotion and implementation of the concept of socially responsible business, 4. how is the concept manifested and visible in media. Along with the most significant empirical findings, the authors also present an original model for implementation of the socially responsible business concept - the diamond of socially responsible business, consisting of the following four components: organization of the public relations department, the strategy of the socially responsible business, communication system and manifestations of the socially responsible business.
