Sažetak
The aim of this study was to analyze modern technological innovations related to movement and give an overview of the possibilities of implementing them in the educational process with children of early and preschool age in order to encourage overall motor development. The method of content analysis includes Internet-accessible content in the most important databases.The results indicate five categories of technological innovations applicable to educators in the immediate educational process, which also encourage the movement of children of early and preschool age (social media, geocaching, smart digital deviceapplications, videos, exergaming). Preschool teachers must constantly work on strengthening digital competencies and implement them in their educational work.
