A digital agency is building IT solutions for industries around the globe, providing high-level innovative solutions. As a result, a new project is to build a forum for publishing hypotheses and scientific papers from verified but anonymous accounts, based on blockchain technology in order to enable unbiased reviews of hypotheses and papers that gather reputation for the publisher and reviewer.
