Sažetak
COVID-19 immunization has been managed with disparate systems that lack the ability to provide a single, easy-to-use citizen interface and lack a unified back-end system to manage scheduling, resource availability and operations tracking with a unified database for data collection, reporting and analysis. This makes the process frustrating and ineffective for the citizens and requires slow and potentially unreliable manual effort to provide comprehensive reporting to those providing oversight. Primary goals of the project: - The system will be expected to manage a secure, high-availability, high-volume, ongoing vaccination process across Monroe County. - The solution requires an easy-to-use citizen appointment interface. - The system needs to track the patient intake and vaccination administration process. - The system needs to provide easy reporting and data analysis.
