Author provided a complex overview and elaboration of all the EU acquis (including case - law) relevant for pension rights (both statutory and supplementary pension rights) in the context of free movement. Presentation consisted of four parts (1. Basics on pensions, 2. EU competences in the field of pension systems, 3. Comprehensive presentation of coordination rules that are mainly relevant for public statutory schemes, and 4. Overview of the EU acquis related to supplementary pension schemes: occupational and individual).
