Sažetak
Rabbit PLF model is a well-established model for the evaluation of novel osteoinductive therapies. rhBMP6 delivered in ABC with synthetic ceramics (Osteogrow C) is a novel osteoinductive device for bone regeneration. This study aimed to evaluate Osteogrow c with different ceramics in the rabbit PLF model and to determinate the time course of ectopic osteogenesis in rabbits.
