Sažetak
The maritime transport sector involves numerous stakeholders that have to cooperate and exchange information. Although digitalization and digital transformation can help facilitate data sharing, some of the stakeholders in the maritime transport sector still use traditional exchange methods that are no longer sufficient for sustainable business. The aim is therefore to explore the awareness of organizations in the maritime transport sector about the positive effects of digital transformation, and the methods they use to accelerate digital transformation. The analysis is carried out from a technological point of view which refers to the implementation of digital technologies and related risks, cyber security measures, interoperability, standards, as well as the need for new IT experts.
