Sažetak
Recently, a 'bandpass' non-Foster negative capacitor with improved stability properties, intended for use in active metamaterials and antennas, has been introduced. Here, a simple extension that enables stable switchable negative/zero/positive capacitance operation, is proposed. The basic idea was verified by realistic SPICE simulations.
