Sažetak
PM is an emerging discipline that provides a comprehensive set of techniques and tools for analyzing processes from event logs.The basic idea is to extract knowledge from event logs to improve and enhance business processes based on the data they generate. People with disabilities face many obstacles and difficulties in their daily lives, making it challenging to perform activities. The use of PM technologies in the social inclusion of persons with disabilities is promising. The innovative solutions based on PM technologies can improve the social inclusion of people with disabilities in many ways. PM makes it possible to understand the behavior of diverse users in order to improve user experience and identify problems.
