Sažetak
The paper examines the extent to which early childhood and preschool education teachers self-assess their knowledge and application of various methods for implementing activities in an integrative approach and work with children. According to the hypothesis, there are differences in preschool teachers’ self-assessment with respect to their degree of education and the extent of their knowledge and application of various methods for implementing activities in an integrative approach and work with children. The results indicate that there are differences. Namely, preschool teachers who completed the graduate program of study more frequently self-assess knowledge and application of various methods for implementing activities, more frequently state knowledge and application of some art-expressive methods, more frequently use books and stories on problem-solving and accepting individual differences and encourage collaborative behaviour among children. Thus, the hypothesis is partially confirmed.
