Introduction: Improving adult patients aesthetic harmony has always been a great challenge in orthodontic treatment. Dental casts revealed Class II molar and canine relationships, severe overjet (13mm) and deep overbite (100%). The surgical intervention was suggested but refused by the patient. The treatment objectives were to align and level the teeth upright, derotate and intrude tooth 16, intrude upper and lower anterior teeth, correct lip incompetence and protrusion of the maxillary anterior teeth, achieve an optimal overjet, overbite and adequate position for prosthodontic solution. The treatment plan included TAD's (Temporary Anchorage Device)
