Sažetak
Thin films were prepared using nitrogen assisted magnetron sputtering co-deposition of Ge and alumina. These thin films consist of a 3D-ordered network of Ge quantum wires in an alumina matrix. Spectral response (SR) measurements are used in order to estimate the efficiency of incident photon-electron conversion efficiency (IPCE). The analysis of the structure of the as-grown and annealed films revealed the interconnection of the quantum wires as the second important feature for photocurrent enhancement.
