Sažetak
Thin films were prepared using nitrogen assisted magnetron sputtering co-deposition of Ge and alumina. These thin films consist of a 3D-ordered network of Ge quantum wires in an alumina matrix. All deposition parameters except nitrogen flow rate were kept constant (N1 – N3). The shape and arrangement properties of the formed quantum structures was determined from the GISAXS (Grazing Incidence Small Angle X-ray Scatting) measurements. Spectral response (SR) measurements are used in order to estimate the efficiency of incident photon-electron conversion efficiency (IPCE).
