Sažetak
Acute kidney injury (AKI) after open abdominal aorta aneurism repair (OAR) is severe complication. Incidence in literature varies from 20- 33%. Aim of this study was to analyse preoperative characteristics of patients, intraoperative variables and postoperative complications in patients who develop AKI, and compare them with same variables in group of patients who did not develop AKI, in order to recognise variables that are modifiable.
