Alcohol dependence is becoming a growing medical and public health problem for both adults and young people. Authors present the case of an 18- year old patient who has been in psychiatric treatment since 2016. due to emotional instability, propensy to self harm and suicide attempts of which there have been 4 in the last 5 years.
