Sažetak
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the influence of communication, divided into communication with superiors and with colleagues, on employee job satisfaction in the hospitality industry. To accomplish the proposed goals, the study uses survey data from employees of two hotels with the same rating that are part of the same chain. The PLS-SEM method was used for the research model. Consistent with the predictions and based upon empirical evidence of an on-site survey, the results indicate that communication with superiors and with colleagues has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction.
