Sažetak
As the concentration of V 2 O 5 rises, the number of vanadate chains increases, and in glasses containing over 60 mole % of V 2O 5 the three-dimensional vanadate lattice is formed. In this connection, binding energy of structural elements of anionic lattice, which value has been calculated for these glasses, descends. As vanadate groups have a lot of microvoids, higher V2 O 5 content results in increasing molar volume, thermal longitudinal expansi coeffivient and brittleness of glass.
