Sažetak
In this work the low alloyed 1.12%Cr-0.63%Mo- 0.035%Nb steel was investigated. After cathodic polarization of the stressed specimens (60% and 80% yield strength) for 2 hours, specimens are tested for fracture with a deformation rate of 2.4x10-4 s-1. The embrittlement indeks is calculated. The specimens in as-rolled condition have a indeks of embrittlement (F=87.6%) and mixed fracture with dominanat brittle cleavage fracture. By quenchnig and tempering at 720oC a ductile fracture is obtained with a small indeks of embrittlement (F=11.1%). The reason for high resistance of Cr-Mo-Nb steel tubing to hydrogen embrittlement is based on the high-tempered martensite microstructure with homogenous dispersed carbides obtained by tempering at a temperature of 700-720oC.
