Sažetak
University North is the only university in the Republic of Croatia that has participated in the Program for energy renovation of the public sector buildings in the 2014-2020 period. After the complete renovation, the next step is to research parameters of the comfort in space. In addition to energy consumption, the temperature, relative humidity, CO2 level, occupation of space, and volatile organic compound (VOC) in the air, will also be monitored in the paper and, based on monitoring results, the fulfilment of guaranteed savings will be analysed, and potential for additional savings will be estimated.
