Sažetak
The aim of this scientific master of science study of Suzana Ljubojević "The contact allergic sensitivity in patients with seborrheic dermatitis", which supervisor was Jasna Lipozenčić was : to reveal the contact sensitivity in 100 patients (50 with seborrheic dermatitis (DS) and 50 DS taht were using local corticosteroids appeoximately 1 month to 1 year DS(K), as well as 20 healthy controls. Age range was from 11 to 83 years. In all exanimees the mycology analysis of yeast Mallsezia furfur (P. ovale)was performed. Patch test were carried out with standard series allergens, with comercial corticosteroid allergens, with self corticosteroid panel and to yeast P. ovale. Positive mycology findings to P. ovale were in 88% DS, 74% (DS(K) and 20% healthy controls. Positive patch test reaction to standard allergen panel were in 34% DS patients, in 66% DS(K) and in 2 healthy controls examinnes. In patch test to corticosteroid commercial panel position reaction were in 30% DS(K) patients, mostly to betamethasone-17-valerate-3- In self corticosteroid panel positive reaction had 6% patients DS, and 7, 5% DS(K), "mistreatments" development of DS(K), patch test to standard, comercial corticosteroid and self panel have to be preformed.
