All parts have been outlined and explained based on uniform criteria in order to be comparatively comparable. There criteria (elements) used for explanation of the system and each subparts are the following: coverage, financing, administration, qualifying conditions for each of the benefits, type of benefits, taxation of benefits, and legal basis
