Sažetak
Objective. Assessment of commercial immunohematological tests for prediction of K and Rhc HBN severity Design. Antibody titres throughout pregnancy were followed by standard tube test, LISS-Coombs, DAT dilution andIgGl-IgGJ gel cards (Diamed, Switzerland) and compared to pregnancy outcome. Materials. Fourteen pregnancies with anti-K, 7 with anti-c+E, 3with anti-c and one with anti-c+Jka and anti-K +Coa each, were followed. Results. Five K, 7 c, one c+E and K+Coa positive liveborn babies were encountered. Out of three intrauterine deaths, at least one was confirmed as caused by c+E HBN. Another baby died due to anti-K HBN 9 days following delivery. Conclusions. DAT dilution card titres over 300 and any IgG3present seem to be good predictors of HBN needing photo- and/or transfusion therapy. Combining several methods may be of significant value for planning of postpartal care in pregnancies with non-RhD antibodies.
