Sažetak
Wastewaters originated from dye manufacturing are serious problem due to colorization and high content of organic hydrocarbons. Therefore those types of wastewaters should be treated in a proper way in order to decrease colorization and ecological parameters to the level defined by legislation. In this paper has been monitored decolorization of MY 10 wastewater by UV/VIS spectrophotometer and mineralization of azo dye MY 10 was determinate by TOC. For the purpose of further experimental work same concentration model dye solution was treated with Fenton, ozone and peroxone processes with and without zeolites(HY, NH4ZSM-5). On the bases of obtained results it can be seen that the most efficient process for TOC removal is Fenton, while complete decolonization was obtained by ozone and peroxone processes.
