Sažetak
Auxiliary compounds enhance the properties of initial material. Design and processing of food packaging materials is becoming more and more challenging and choice of auxiliary ingredient or additive makes important changes and choice of matter. In food packaging, all auxiliary should have received clearance by the appropriate food regulatory authority. Printing ink for food contact materials whose main characteristic is low migration potential and restraint unwanted transfer to food are applicable in the labelling or branding of packaging items.
