Sažetak
The efficiency of fifteen TLC systems for separating polyphenols of methanolic extract of Rhamni cathartici fructus was investigated. For this purpose three mathematical approaches have been applied. The most suitable TLC systems for the separation of the investigated compounds are: ethyl acetate:formic acid: water 30:2:3 and ethyl acetate:formic acid : water 88:6:6.
