Sažetak
ISO/TC 155 Technical Committee «Nickel and Nickel Alloys» operates in this field at the international level. A total of 30 standards have been adopted ISO/TC 155. In the European Committee for Standardization CEN act CEN/SS M14 «Nickel», which adopted 8 international normative documents (ND) – almost 27%, and Ukraine has not adopted any of the international standards for nickel and its alloys. Additional analysis of European NDs revealed that all EN standards for nickel and its alloys are relevant international standards adopted with varying degrees of compliance. The presented analysis indicates the need to intensify the efforts not only of Ukraine but also of the EU to develop appropriate ND.
