Sažetak
The crystal and molecular structure of the title compound was determined ; its absolute configuration, CD spectral data. Crystals are orthorhombic, space group P212121 with : a= 15.857(4), b = 12.449(3), c = 6.120(2) A, U = 1208.11 A3, Z = 4 ; De = 1.35 Mgm-s, μ(MoKa) = 0.25 mm-1• The final R = 0.048 for 671 observed reflexions [I> 3a (I)] . The conformation of the dicnabicyclo (3.2.1] octane ring is boat-envelope-chair. Molecules are connected in an infinite chain by hydrogen bonds between N(3) amino and C(2) carbonyl groups [N - H ... 0, 2.881(8) A].
