Sažetak
Pursuant to Article 10 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Croatia and the Government of the Republic of Slovenia on regulating status and other legal relations related to investment, operation and decommissioning of the Krško Nuclear Power Plant (hereinafter: the Agreement ; regulation of status and other legal relations related to investment, exploitation and decommissioning of Krško Nuclear Power Plant and joint statement on signing the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Croatia and the Government of the Republic of Slovenia on regulation of status and other legal relations related to investment, exploitation and decommissioning of Krško Nuclear Power Plant - International Agreements No. 9/02) decommissioning will be carried out in accordance with the Decommissioning Program, and the disposal of radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel from the operation and decommissioning of the Krško Nuclear Power Plant (hereinafter: NE Krško) will be carried out in accordance with the Radioactive Waste and Spent Disposal Program. nuclear fuel (hereinafter: Disposal Program). The contract stipulates that the Decommissioning Program includes the disposal of all radioactive and other waste generated during decommissioning until removal from the Krško NPP site, while the Disposal Program includes, among other things, a proposal for possible separation and takeover of radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel, eligibility criteria and assessment of necessary financial funds and deadlines.
