Sažetak
Researchers and practitioners are always on the lookout for factors that could stimulate learning and transform knowledge into a value creation process based on organizational learning. In this paper, the importance of several such factors have been reviewed such as: the effect of learning on organizational resilience, the importance of unlearning in difficult situations, character- based leadership for learning organizations and tacit knowledge.
