Sažetak
While physical education and active recess opportunities are being decreased, classroom exercise breaks are a different way to meet physical activity recommendations. Physical activity is important for children's current and future health (Cavill, Biddle, & Sallis, 2001) and current recommendations call for at least 60 minute a day of moderate to vigorous physical activity (National Association for Sport and Physical Education, 2004). Physical education interventions or projects can play very important role in creating positive attitudes towards exercise through appropriate activities. Previous studies have shown improvement of students' perceptions of, attitudes towards, and motivation for physical activity, as well as its impact on their physical self-confidence, and acquisition of health-related and specific academic knowledge (Ukic, Ajman, & Novak, 2016). The aim of this paper was to investigate gender differences in self- efficacy when using video exercise.
