Sažetak
Gaucher’s disease type 1 (GD1) is an autosomal recessive disease caused by mutations in the glucocerebrosidase (GBA) gene. We present a case of a 43-year-old man who was diagnosed with GD1 in 2010, and was treated successfully with deep brain stimulation.
