Sažetak
The computer mouse and keyboard are increasingly replacing the pencil in the hands of test takers. Computerized testing has indeed demonstrated its potential in assessing human abilities, skills, and personality traits, and the advent of the Internet has enabled its widespread adoption. It seems that online testing is becoming the wave of the future. The lecture provides an overview of recent developments in computer-based assessment and assess its impact on the processes of career assessment and personnel selection.
