Sažetak
The purpose of this study was analysis of diferent types of corrections in gynaecomastia patients. Patients were divided into two groups. The first group needed removal of breast tissue and skin and the second group needed removal of breast tissue with some fat grafting for a more musculine contour. In first group mostly a posterior- inferior pedicle correction was performed with the removal of a large amount of skin and tissue. The cut was around the areola and the horizontal cut was within the infra mammary crease. In the second group VASER liposuction was used with the correction of the areola diameter, with removal of tissue at times, if needed. In total there were 93 patients with gynecomastia.In 35 patients inferior posteroinfeior pedicle tehniqe with skin resection and in 58 patients VASER liposuction wih or without correction of areola diametar and surgical removal of breast tissue have been used. We analysed our patients from February 2008. To February 2020.The age of patients ranged from 16 to 70 years old. All the cases were analyzed, with the best results achieved by using the two techniques mentione above and the techniques depending on clinical findings encountered in patients. An important indicator for when there is excess of skin and tissue, the posterior inferior pedicle technique is used. While when there is only excess tissue as the problem, without skin excess, VASER or a combination of VASER and correction of the areola, at times with tissue removal are used.
