Sažetak
Given the importance and challenges of transition periods and adaptation in kindergarten and primary school, the aim of this project is to provide professional support to parents and children and to strengthen the competencies of teachers to work with children during transition and adaptation. With that aim, lectures and workshops are specifically lanned for teachers, parents and children. Project co-workers are professors and students of the Faculty of Teacher Education, Kindergarten Đurđice and Primary School Trsat
