Sažetak
Today, many artificial intelligent systems use virtual assistants for communicating with users. These assistants have the capability of using language almost as fluently and flexible as humans do. However, predicting user interactions in timely manner remains a challenging task. This thesis aims to develop a model for predicting user interaction based on an anonymized dataset containing a set of parameters, such as the message length, time to response, number of emoticons. The design, implementation and use of such virtual assistant is elaborated and developed.
