Sažetak
Teeth are developed under the influence of genetic and environmental factors. During odontogenesis, some disturbances may occur that result in dental irregularities. Greater deviations in the morphology, size, and number of teeth represent dental (tooth) anomalies. Disorders in the development of the teeth are manifested in their presence, number, shape, structure, and position in the alveolar ridge. These disorders may be isolated or, more frequently, a part of a syndrome.
