Sažetak
This report presents the update of the final engineering design of the Heavy Rope Overhead Crane (HROC) remotely handled system based on the engineering design proposed in 2019. The final design is upgraded by increasing the width of the double bridge girder due to the change of the AC geometry. Furthermore, in this report identification of hazards, initiating events and dangerous scenarios through FMEA/FMECA analysis is included. Additional detailed control structural analysis of the main HROC components is performed. The main 6 DOF kinematic functions are enabled and explained. Mechanical and electrical design is outlined. The absolute control system is suggested.
