Sažetak
This work presents method for determining human skin surface temperature by IR thermography when applying medicaments in a form of spray. A case study of applying liquid ionized magnesium spray on human muscles has been conducted. Comparative measurements, using IC thermography and contact temperature measurement, of the female peroneus longus muscle skin temperature were made. During the measurements, the left and right legs were treated in different ways, where the magnesium spray of various concentrations or saline solution were applied or the leg was not treated at all. The measurements were performed with and without physical activities that can increase muscles work. The objective is to provide comprehensive classification and detailed analysis of the factors that influence measurement reliability. Finally, the proposal of the common framework for further investigations is provided.
